This is more than a catchphrase—it’s our mission. We’re here to make your move (especially if you’re downsizing from the family home) as smooth, simple, and even enjoyable as possible. For 24+ years, we’ve helped Lehigh Valley families navigate life’s biggest transitions. Whether you’re ready to trade yardwork for walkability or you’re just plain over maintaining the big house, we’ll guide you through every step.
I’ve been in real estate for over two decades, but who I serve has changed enormously over that time. I’m delighted to help first-time buyers and growing families — but I’ve settled into a more natural role as an advisor to people who are in a very different place in life. My people.
I won’t pretend it didn’t start around 40. My son started needing me less, and I found myself wondering who I really was outside of “mom.” I reinvested in myself, rebuilt my business from scratch, and in all that soul searching I realized something: this stage of life is a transition — and it’s a hard one.
I look around and I see my friends going through the same things. Struggling with aging. Not knowing what to do when the kids move out. Figuring out how to care for aging parents when they barely feel ready themselves. And underneath all of it — something nobody talks about enough — is the feeling of being set free.
Free from the expectations of the world. Free to make decisions that would have seemed crazy a few years ago. The world thinks people in our stage of life are settled. Cautious. Preparing for death (I mean retirement). But that is simply not true.
We are finally free to be who we want. To make choices that are for us only. We don’t have the kids to consider anymore. We don’t need to stay at the corporate job because we need the health insurance. We can sell the family home and buy a condo near the kids and another condo at the beach — or the lake — or in Alaska because we dream of being a professional dog sledder. Whatever. We’re taking back our lives.
The people who are reveling in that newfound freedom — those are my people. I get where you are in life. I know the stress of the transition firsthand. The uncertainty, the emotions. It’s giddiness and guilt. Excitement and trepidation. All of it at once.
My goal is to help with that transition — even if it’s just a shared laugh when the kids ask if we’re crazy.
— Randyl
We get it — because we’re living it too. Like many of our clients, we’re in what we call Act II. That phase where you start asking the big questions: What do I want the rest of my life to look like? Where do I want to live it? How can I build it on my terms?
After 24+ years in real estate and hundreds of transactions, we realized our favorite clients were asking those same questions. So we built a business around helping people answer them.
Whether you’re downsizing from the family home, trading stairs for single-floor living, or finally making that move to your dream location — we understand both the excitement and the overwhelm. From prepping your house without over-renovating, to managing tricky sell-then-buy timelines, to comparing Bethlehem vs. Easton vs. Nazareth vs. Bucks County — we’ve navigated these decisions ourselves.
This isn’t just a transaction. It’s your next chapter. And we’re honored to help you write it.
Obsessed With Real Estate. Totally Fine Otherwise.
Randyl has been helping Lehigh Valley families buy and sell homes for 24+ years—which is either impressive or concerning, depending on who you ask. As both a licensed realtor and mortgage loan originator, she can walk you through the entire process from “should I do this?” to “wait, I own a house now?”
Before real estate, she spent her post-Lafayette College years climbing the corporate ladder in sales, marketing, and finance. Turns out she preferred helping people move into their dream homes over quarterly earnings reports. Go figure.
When she’s not coordinating same-day closings or explaining tax implications, you’ll find her writing, reading science fiction novels (yes, the nerdy ones with dragons), or explaining to Chris why Star Wars is technically fantasy, not sci-fi. He still does not care.
She’s been known to crack dad jokes at closing tables and actually mean them. Her clients describe her as “surprisingly normal for someone who thinks about real estate this much.”

Would Rather Be Riding—But He’ll Help You Move First
Chris came to real estate after careers in microelectronics and as a master electrician—because apparently, one career path was too boring. He started his own microelectronics business, worked for a big corporation, then became an electrician because why not? He was qualified. Now he helps people buy and sell homes while secretly cataloging every electrical code violation he sees. (Don’t worry, he’s polite about it.)
When he’s not helping empty nesters navigate downsizing logistics, he’s either on his motorcycle or thinking about being on his motorcycle. Occasionally both at the same time, which Randyl has asked him to stop doing.
His clients describe him as “unsettlingly helpful” and “the only realtor who actually understood what the home inspector was talking about.” One couple tried to hire him to just follow them around and fix things. He politely declined. Probably.
We don’t do one-size-fits-all. We do walk you through everything from “what’s my house even worth?” to “where do I put 30 years of accumulated stuff?”
