The more general your search, the more properties you will return. Try searching for all homes in a price range, for instance, instead of 4 bedrooms homes with 2 baths for $250,000.
Address Search
The address will autofill from the available listings. Use the drop down list for best results. If you can't find a specific property, try a more generic term as this function can be touchy. Try "Park" instead of "Park Street".
Keyword
This is an extremely useful and unique feature you won't find on many other MLS searches. Type any keyword and results will be returned for listings that show that word anywhere, including address and description. If you enter "Wilson" you will get all properties located in Wilson, plus properties on Wilson Street, regardless of location. Try "detached garage" or similar searches.
Less is More
Leave features, Type, and Category blank to return the most results. If you only want to look at farms, for instance, then choose only that type, but try not to limit other search terms.
