Randyl is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and a graduate of Lafayette College.  She has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, design and contract negotiation.  She prides herself on her knowledge,  responsiveness, professionalism and competency.

When she’s not practicing real estate, Randyl enjoys gardening, writing (just finished her first sci-fi novel), and riding her motorcycle with her husband and son.

So much of that depends on your budget, your needs, and the market, but a good rule of thumb is one to two months to shop, then 45-60 days to close after you make an offer.  Less if you pay cash.

They say the only things in life that are guaranteed are taxes and death.  While I cannot absolutely guarantee you will find your perfect home,  I can guarantee that I won’t give up and no one will work harder to help you find that dream home than I will.   

I focus on residential and investment properties and I work with a wide range of clients, from first time home buyers to LLCs and Corporations looking to expand their portfolios.  

I am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, but focus on the Greater Lehigh Valley area which includes the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton as well as the surrounding municipalities.  

Yes…and no.  Many apartments and rentals are not listed through a real estate agency and while I can show you those that are, I never recommend that clients stop searching on other platforms. 

Hiring a realtor is easy.  Finding the right one is a little more difficult.  Talk to a few agents if you are not sure.  Read reviews, check out their Facebook page or website.  Do you trust that they are knowledgeable?  Ethical?  Professional? Do they call you back, ask questions about your wants and needs and are they generally service oriented?  

A realtor generally works on commission, which means they don’t get paid until closing, regardless of whether you are the buyer or seller.  Commissions are negotiable and every business sets their own price.  In that regard, it’s no different than any other service business such as an attorney or accountant, fees are usually commensurate with services offered and skill levels.  Check out our articles on closing costs and the benefits of working with a realtor for more information.
